Welcome to EXPORTEX! Before proceeding with placing an order, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Order Policy

Once you place an order with us, we will confirm it within one working day through a phone call. Please keep in mind that if we can’t reach you via phone call, your order will be on hold for a maximum of 3 days. If we cannot reach you during this time, your order will be canceled. After confirmation, we will proceed with shipping your order according to our shipping policy. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders based on product availability. In the event of an order cancellation, customers will be notified through a phone call. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. In case of a change of mind, please return the product by paying the delivery charge when our delivery agent is at your doorstep.

Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). In the event of a pricing mismatch due to a system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Please note that we update prices under various conditions. After placing an order, the prices on your invoice are the final prices.

Delivery Policy


Delivery Charge:
Delivery charge will be 60 BDT inside of Dhaka city and outside of Dhaka city 100 BDT.

Inside Dhaka:

  • Customers are required to inspect the products (color, size, quality, and quantity) in front of the delivery agent during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after the product is delivered. Customers may request a change in product, provided the item has not been used. However, a delivery charge will be applied for each exchange.
  • In case of a change of mind, customers can return the product instantly in front of the delivery agent during delivery and must pay the delivery charge.
  • Delivery time is typically 1-3 days.
  • Return/exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.

Outside Dhaka:

  • Customers are required to inspect the products (color, size, quality, and quantity) in front of the delivery agent during delivery. No complaints will be accepted after the product is delivered.
  • Similar to the inside Dhaka policy, customers may request a change in product with applicable delivery charges.
  • Delivery time is typically 2-5 working days.
  • Return/exchange will be applicable as per our exchange/refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.

Shipping Policy

We offer home delivery services inside and outside Dhaka. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as government policies, weather conditions, or sudden occurrences. While we engage courier partners for deliveries, we take appropriate action in case of damaged or lost products.

Quality & Color Inconsistency

While we are committed to providing the best quality products at reasonable prices, unexpected quality issues may arise. In such cases, we offer a 90-day warranty facility. Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, graphics, and monitor visual inconsistencies.

Shoe Size Problem

Customers are advised to refer to our size chart when ordering shoes. In the event of a size discrepancy, we offer exchanges with the customer bearing delivery charges. However, if the wrong product is sent by mistake, we will bear the delivery charge for its return.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support is available to address your inquiries and complaints 7 days a week, from 9:30 A.M. to 9 P.M. If you are unable to reach our call center due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend contacting us through our WhatsApp & Facebook page.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Inability to deliver an exchange.
  • Inability to deliver the exact product ordered.
  • If we cannot resolve your issue.
  • Refunds will be executed within 5-7 working days.


Data Policy

We store customers’ basic data (name, mobile number, email, address, etc.) for promotional purposes only. We assure you that your information will not be shared with anyone without your permission.
